Hi just wanted to check if these small config updates were added into the latest arpicade 5 2.8 release or whether id need to add these manually

Im going to buy another sd card and put a fresh image.

Having a super weird issue now with my pi5 setup

Intermittently boots now but only on one cabinet

Cabinet 1 astro city with psu rebuild by jomac, 5.1v at the edge with load
Cabinet 2 lai generic cab switcher psu 5.1v at edge with load

Cab 1 - shows red squares with bootup writing, switches to black screen, hangs
Need to reboot it numerous times for it to boot
Putting pi3 setup from the other cabinet boots every time no issues

Cab 2 - boots up both the pi5 and pi3 every time

I did try reimage my current card with a backup from last month , but didnt change matters

I still want to rule out card and image by doing a fresh 2.8 install on a brand new sandisk 32gb card.

Just not sure why the pi5 specifically on my astro is now having intermittent boot issues and with solid voltage on the meter the entire bootup procedure.
Not sure what else to try ? Maybe a dedicated pi power supply (and use a short jamma extension harness to carry all wires across including 12v if needed, and just not carry across  the 5v, and run the pi on a pi power supply?) Not sure best approach or what order
