I recently installed the arpicade with 4 player adapter and bought a new wireless keyboard to go with it to help setup the mame buttons.
I also got an SD card loaded with games during purchase.

Once i hooked up the keyboard I noticed that only a few buttons work on the keyboard.  Shift, TAB, Z,X, Enter and maybe a few other but none of the F1-10 keys work.

Any suggestions?

Without knowing anything at all about the keyboard I'm just guessing.  There's nothing about the ARpiCADE software that should do anything weird to a keyboard (unless it's just a particular emulator setting or similar).

Does it have a function buttoon that needs to be pressed to activate the function row?  Does it work on your PC?  It may be worth reaching out to the seller of the keyboard if you only have it partially working.

I would bet that is exactly what it is.  On both of my wireless keyboards, standard and mini, you need to hold the function or "FN" key while pressing the key you need.  FN + F4 for example with Arpicade.
