No, not at the moment.  No reason they can't be added in the future though.

Could I copy the launcher an other files from V3 and get it to work or are there to many changes in the new version?

Many changes, unfortunately - both the video output and joystick handling has changed.  If it was just a case of copying old files I would have done it already.

You'l need a suitably compiled and setup emulator or RA core as well as the launcher script.  The launcher is easy enough as you could mostly copy from other launchers.

If all that sounds like too much effort, I will get there eventually.  PSP too... hand helds haven't been a huge priority but I know there's a little bit of interest in them.
