Is there a way to connect the cooling fan for a Raspberry Pi 4b?

All the diagrams show GPIO pins that are covered by the GPIO Cable for the Jamma board.

There's no specific fan handling for Pi4.

I only used a fan on Pi4 very breifly and I wired up an extra header for the fan in when I did it - was a while back but pretty sure I grabbed 5v from the fuse on the RJ board and used a GND from the one of the unused (on current Pis) reset headers on the RJ board.  An alternate way of doing it would be to mod the fan to have a USB plug and then just plug it in to the Pis USB.

One thing to note on Pi4 heatsincs is they can get in the way of plugging in a GPIO ribbon cable (or even get in the way of mounting the Pi) as they tend to use the PCB mounting to mount the fan.

On Pi5 a fan is much easier as they put a dedicated header (and mounting points) on the Pi5 for the fan.
